Why am I an expert in my field? Why should you choose me to translate your website, software or your Android or iOS app?
Even if I’m not a developer, I know my way around PHP, Java, HTML and XML. I also took an introduction to Android development from Coursera. You can be assured that I won’t mess with your code while localising it (translation). I’m up to date with the latest tech news. I currently own an Android phone and an Android tablet that I use for testing (phone on Android 6.0.1, tablet on Android 4.4.2).
I plan on buy iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) so I can provide the same level of quality for the two main mobile platforms.
My portfolio includes:
- Translation/Edition of the social website Friendfeed (English > French)
- Translation of the interface for the Familylinks website, from the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent ICRC (French > Haitian Creole)
- Translation of the app Swissjass (German > French)
- Translation of the app Ministry Assistant (English > French)
I also contributed to the translation (crowd translation) of Ubuntu (Linux distribution), BeyondPod and uPod (Android apps).
